Education and Training
The Yachting Australia Education and Training department is dedicated to creating, reviewing and updating National Training Programs and the materials that supplement them. The National Training Programs provide a pathway for anybody wanting to enter the sport of sailing and develop their skills.
If you are new to sailing and would like to learn to sail, please go to our Discover Sailing website or alternatively for more information look at the "Programs and Courses” section to find a course suitable to your requirements.
If you are a Sailing Club or Centre seeking to deliver the Yachting Australia Programs, please go to the "Discover Sailing Centre" section.
The Yachting Australia pathways not only develop Sailing skills they can also lead into Instructing, Chartering a Yacht, becoming a Charter Skipper or into the White Boat Industry.
